This course provides learners with more information about representing seller clients in the sale and buyer clients in the purchase of rural residential, recreational, and waterfront properties. This course comprises four modules that explain the unique requirements and processes for trading in rural residential, recreational, and waterfront properties. There are references to farming and rural commercial properties; this information is provided for awareness purposes only.
