About This Course
This course will explore ownership alternatives that are less often encountered by salespersons and considerations when the occupancy of a property falls under a lease. It will provide a refresher on the critical components of forms of alternative ownership covered in the Pre-Registration Phase of the program, then delve deeper into other alternative forms of ownership, such as infill development, conversion projects, laneway, and coach housing.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of the Post-registration course, Compliance.
