About This Course
This immersive, four-day simulation course provides learners with hands-on experience in executing commercial real estate transactions under the guidance of an experienced real estate professional. Through interactive simulations and assessments, participants will navigate all stages of a typical commercial transaction, working with various property types, including industrial, retail, office, and commercial condominiums. The course emphasizes the distinct aspects of commercial transactions compared to residential real estate, offering practical insights into negotiation, contract preparation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
By engaging in real-world scenarios, learners will enhance their problem-solving skills and develop the confidence to manage complex commercial real estate transactions effectively. Students must attend and actively participate in all sessions.

Successful completion of Courses 1–4 and Simulation Session 1 including a passing grade on all associated exams.
