About This Course
This 35 hour simulation course provides learners with hands-on experience in executing core activities and tasks involved in residential real estate transactions. Under the guidance of an experienced real estate professional serving as a coach, participants will navigate all stages of a typical transaction across various property types, including single-family homes and condominiums.
Through realistic simulated interactions, learners will apply the knowledge and skills acquired in the online component of the program. The course includes structured assessments and practical exercises designed to reinforce key competencies necessary for success in real estate transactions. Students must attend and actively participate in all sessions.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of Courses 1-3, including a passing grade on all associated exams.

Exam Information
Once you complete this course, you will be able to purchase the 3-hour exam through Meazure Learning. The exam costs $120, payable directly to Meazure Learning.
