About This Course
This course reviews key obligations under TRESA that impact the day-to-day activities of a broker or salesperson trading in real estate and representing buyer and seller clients. It also reviews offers, deposits, and related obligations. In addition, the course reviews other laws that relate to trading activities.
Prerequisites
Participants must have successfully completed the pre-registration education program and be registered with RECO to trade in real estate.
