About This Course
This course elaborates on the matters that a salesperson should know when advising an investor client who is interested in buying up to four residential units. This course is composed of six modules. The modules explore a variety of topics such as introducing investment properties, tax implications to non-residents, standards and requirements for residential accessory units, the requirements under the Residential Tenancies Act, the role of the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the relationship between a landlord and a tenant.

Successful completion of the Post-registration course, Compliance.
