What’s the difference between cohort and self-paced?
Self-paced courses let you study on your own schedule and at your own speed, fast or slow. Cohort classes give you the added structure of a schedule with weekly, live facilitated review sessions on Zoom.
How long does it take to complete the program?
Everyone wants to complete quickly, we give you the options to make it possible. On average students complete the program in 10 months. You can complete sooner, if you commit the time. Ultimately you have up to 24 months to complete all courses and exams.
Do I have to pay for the whole program upfront?
No. You can start with the first course, then continue paying per course as you progress - or, join a cohort and take advantage of the $478/month payment plan for 10 months.
What happens after I complete the program?
You move forward with the licensing and registration process to become a real estate salesperson in Ontario. We will help you when you graudate, you just need to take the first step and start learning!
